HUMAN RESOURCES REPRESENTATIVE
As you probably know, McDonald’s is one of the largest employers in fast service chains world wide. Reporting to the Managing Director, your job will focus on a well done, structured organization, contributing to the improvement of our human resources related issues. This includes interviewing, selecting and following the satisfaction of the McDonald’s restaurant managers with their employees. It’s important to identify the employees’ requirements by you.
A communicative person. Who has developed excellent skills in judging people and that is “smart” and able to influence them, presenting and strong personality.
Flexible, able to adapt to new situations quickly and travel extensively.
28-38 years old, a University degree in Business Administration / Law / Economics are preferable and a good understanding of HR.
